Using high quality materials, our mold shop produces nearly 100,000,000 units annually. Injection molding is the most commonly used manufacturing process for the fabrication of plastic parts. A wide variety of products can be manufactured using injection molding, and they can vary greatly in their size, complexity, and application. The injection molding process requires the use of an injection molding machine, raw plastic material, and a mold. The plastic is melted in the injection molding machine and then injected into the mold, where it cools and solidifies into the final part.  Four-jaks produces several injection mold parts for the window and door market.  We run our equipment to anticipate the needs of our customers and our capacity allows us to consistently complete orders on time.
